Position: Accountant (Multi-Entity Financial Management)

Location: Lilongwe, Malawi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Business Manager

About The Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical, disciplined and results-driven Accountant to manage the accounting and financial reporting functions for a diverse portfolio of businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare management reports

• Analyse business performance and identify financial risks

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations

• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management

• Provide meaningful financial insights to support decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce

• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA or equivalent) is an added advantage

• Minimum 5 years' accounting experience

• Advanced Excel and accounting software experience

• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills
