Malawi Shine Cleaning Services is looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-oriented individual to fill the position of Direct Sales Person based around Area 49, Lilongwe.

Malawi Shine Cleaning Services was founded to raise the standard of professional cleaning in Malawi. Offices, schools, clinics and institutions need cleaning that is organised, supervised and consistent. Not improvised.

We are looking for someone passionate about sales, customer service, and business development who can help us attract new customers and grow our business.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).

A certificate in Sales, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.

Previous experience in sales is required.

Knowledge and experience in using SmartForm is required.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to attract new customers and achieve sales targets.

Self-motivated, honest, hardworking, and results-oriented.

Must have a Smartphone

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote and sell the company's cleaning services.

Identify and approach potential customers.

Distribute flyers and conduct direct marketing.

Generate sales leads and secure new clients.

Build and maintain good customer relationships.
