The International Hospital of Zambia (IHZ) - Fairview is inviting applications from suitably qualified, hardworking and dedicated individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. Medical Laboratory Technologist (2 Positions)

Requirements:

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences or an equivalent recognised qualification

• A minimum of one year's relevant work experience in a clinical laboratory, preferably with experience in Histopathology

• Must be duly registered with the Health Professions Council of Zambia and hold a valid practising licence

• Demonstrable strong technical, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills

• A strong commitment to quality, patient safety, confidentiality, and professional standards

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and participate in emergency/on-call duties as required

2. Biomedical Laboratory Officer (1 Position)

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Laboratory Sciences, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution

• Valid registration with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ) and a current practising licence

• A minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience, preferably in Histopathology

• Sound knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, and patient safety standards

• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
