Chef (2 Positions) Role Overview The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, supporting menu development, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook quality meals according to approved recipes. Maintain food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. Assist in menu planning and recipe development. Prepare meals for conferences and special events. Monitor inventory, inspect food supplies, and minimise food wastage. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma/Certificate in Food Production, Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery, Hospitality Management, or a related field. At least one (1) year's experience in a restaurant, lodge, or commercial kitchen. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Willingness to work shifts. 2. Waiter/Waitress (2 Positions) Role Overview The Waiter/Waitress will provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean dining environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome and serve guests professionally. Take and communicate customer orders. Respond to guest requests and complaints. Prepare dining areas. Maintain restaurant cleanliness. Perform other assigned duties. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or related field (preferred). At least one (1) year's experience.
