Sycamore Consult Limited is looking for a dynamic, organised and results-driven Projects Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination and implementation of consultancy assignments, training programmes and other client projects, while contributing to proposal development and ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and within agreed timelines. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and track ongoing projects and consultancy assignments Support the development of technical proposals, expressions of interest & tender submissions • Prepare project plans, reports and client deliverables • Liaise with consultants, clients and internal teams • Coordinate project logistics, meetings and documentation • Monitor timelines, action points and project progress • Maintain accurate project records and documentation Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Development Studies or a related field Minimum of 1-2 years' work experience, with demonstrated experience in proposal development experience preparing technical proposals, EOls, bids or tender submissions Excellent organisational and coordination skills, as well strong written & verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under tight deadlines • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Experience within a consultancy environment will be an added advantage
