Job Purpose To deliver high-quality customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with the company’s service standards. Key Responsibilities • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins. • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues as necessary. • Process service applications and update customer information in the system accurately. • Promote and explain company products and services to customers. • Ensure excellent customer experience with timely feedback and support. Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or front office roles. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
