FINCA Malawi is inviting applications for the position of Legal Officer. The successful candidate will provide legal support to the organization, including work relating to company and employment law, contracts, conveyancing, litigation, legal opinions and corporate procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Laws Degree.
Valid licence to practise law in Malawi.
Minimum 3 years' post-admission experience.
Experience in Company and Employment Law.
Experience in Contract Law and Conveyancing.
Practical experience drafting litigation reports, loan contracts, legal opinions, insurance agreements and related documents.
Understanding of corporate procedures.
Ability to adapt and work cooperatively and effectively at senior management level.
