Success Car Hire is inviting applications for a Marketing Officer position based in Blantyre.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote car hire services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences and competitive positioning.
• Manage advertising campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Coordinate promotional events and customer engagement activities.
• Prepare marketing reports and performance analyses for management review.
• Collaborate with operations and fleet management teams to align marketing initiatives with service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and expenditures.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Perform any other duties as required from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or Accountancy.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in marketing.
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to design and execute marketing campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A valid driver's licence is an added advantage.
