Front Office Supervisor Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related field. 2–3 years' front office experience in a hotel environment. OPERA Property Management System experience is essential. Knowledge of reservations, check-in/check-out, billing and guest relations. Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to supervise and train front office staff. 2. Housekeeping Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. 2–3 years' housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel. Knowledge of cleaning standards, room inspections and housekeeping procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene. Leadership and communication skills. 3. Human Resource Manager Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field. 3–5 years' HR management experience, preferably in hospitality. Knowledge of Malawi labour laws, HR policies and employee relations. Experience in recruitment, performance management, training and staff development. Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office. 4. Receptionist — 2 positions Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related field. 2–3 years' front office experience in a hotel environment. OPERA Property Management System experience is essential. Knowledge of reservations, check-in/check-out, billing and guest relations. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. 5. Hotel Porter MSCE or equivalent. Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism is an added advantage. At least 1 year of similar experience is desirable. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Physically fit and able to carry luggage safely. Honest, reliable and well-groomed.
