Manaya Innovations is looking for Research Interviewers to conduct open and engaging interviews with selected candidates and help identify individuals interested in entrepreneurship workshops.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct open, unscripted interviews with selected candidates.
Record conversations with participants' permission.
Take clear and organized notes during interviews.
Summarize key findings and takeaways after each interview.
Identify interested candidates and encourage them to commit to workshop sign ups or join the waitlist.
Requirements
No prior work experience required.
Confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
Curious, attentive, and a good listener.
Able to recognize opportunities to ask for a commitment without being overly pushy.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to produce clear, concise interview notes and summaries.
