Duties and Responsibilities

• Drives the vehicle on different assignments with instruction from the Superiors.
• Makes daily checks to ensure that oil and water levels are at required levels prior to engine start.
• Ensure the company vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and well maintained at all times.
• Ensure vehicle licenses, insurance, and service schedules are up to date.
• Reports all faults of the car to the superiors and prepares workshop defect slip prior to taking the vehicle for repairs to the workshop.
• Maintains an up to date log book by recording mileage and fuel details.
• Promote and adhere to Illovo's procedures, policies and guidelines, including, without limitation, those relating to SHERQ, Competition Law and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC)
• Grow together and positively Impact people's lives

Job Requirements

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
• Valid Class C1 Driving Licence (holders of Category PG will have an added advantage).
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
