The CYECE Graduate Internship Programme 2026 is a 12-month internship designed to provide recent and pending graduates with practical experience in Malawi's development sector. The programme aims to equip young professionals with hands-on skills while exposing them to community-based development work and organizational operations. Interns will have the opportunity to contribute to programmes focused on child rights promotion, adolescent and youth health and wellbeing, youth development and empowerment, research and advocacy, communications, monitoring and evaluation, and social enterprise. Through mentorship, training, and field experience, participants will strengthen their professional skills while supporting CYECE's mission of empowering young people and promoting sustainable community development. The internship is open to graduates aged 18–25 years who reside in one of the designated districts: Lilongwe, Machinga, Zomba, Rumphi, Salima, Kasungu, Mchinji, Dowa, or Mangochi. High-performing interns may be considered for permanent employment after successfully completing the programme, depending on organizational needs and performance.
