VisionFund Malawi is seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join its FARMSE-funded Chuma Chathu Project as a Project Coordinator and a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer, based at the Head Office in Lilongwe. These positions play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of project activities aimed at improving the livelihoods of vulnerable families in targeted communities. The Project Coordinator will provide overall leadership and strategic oversight of the project, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with project objectives. The role includes coordinating project teams and stakeholders, managing implementation, and leading the expansion of VisionFund's products and services across selected districts. The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will be responsible for designing and managing the project's monitoring and evaluation framework, ensuring accurate data collection, performance tracking, and timely reporting. The officer will monitor progress toward project goals, assess outcomes, and provide evidence-based recommendations to improve project effectiveness and ensure the achievement of intended results.
